Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our premium tile and stone collections.
How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
To determine the quantity needed, calculate the total square footage of the area and add a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, we recommend a 20% buffer.
Do you offer samples before I make a bulk purchase?
Yes, we offer individual sample pieces for most of our natural stone and porcelain tiles. This allows you to verify the color, texture, and finish in your space's specific lighting before committing to a full order.
How is the stone shipped to ensure it doesn't break?
We use specialized freight carriers and secure our stone on reinforced pallets with protective padding. While we take every precaution, we recommend inspecting your delivery immediately and noting any transit damage on the Bill of Lading.
What is your return policy for overstock tiles?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and natural stone variations are not considered defects.
Do your natural stone products require sealing?
Most natural stones, such as marble, travertine, and slate, are porous and should be sealed upon installation to prevent staining. We recommend re-sealing every 1-2 years depending on usage and exposure to moisture.
Can I track my freight shipment online?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
