At Fayrouz Tile and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium surfaces. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused, uninstalled materials in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Materials
Ensure all tiles or stones are securely packed in their original crates or boxes with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the exterior of the pallet or package and ship the items back to our designated distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
